Packed fresh in a nitrogen-flushed tin jar to keep the crunch locked in. Best before 6 to 9 months from the date of packaging, as printed on the jar.

Store unopened jars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Once opened, keep the makhana in an airtight container, or finish it within a day or two for the best crunch.

Shipping Policy

Where we deliver
We currently deliver across India. International shipping is not available yet.

Processing time
Every order is packed fresh and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. These are estimates, and delays can happen because of weather, courier issues or public holidays.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. The exact amount is shown before you pay.

Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Please keep an eye on your inbox and spam folder.

Delivery address
Please check your address, PIN code and phone number carefully at checkout. The courier will call you before delivery. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available to receive it, we may ask for the shipping charge again to send it out a second time.

Refund and Returns Policy

Because Smackly products are food items, we can't accept returns or exchanges once a jar has been opened, for reasons of hygiene and food safety. We do want you to be happy with what you receive, so please read what we cover below.

Damaged, leaking or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, email us at smackly.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the jar and the outer packaging, and a short unboxing video if you have one

After we review it, we'll send a replacement or refund the amount, whichever you prefer.

Orders that don't arrive
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, or your order is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us at smackly.in@gmail.com. We'll work with the courier and then replace or refund your order.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing smackly.in@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled.

Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the amount.

What we can't refund
- Jars that have been opened, partly eaten, or stored incorrectly
- Changes of mind after delivery
- Delays caused by incorrect address details
